Mann, 75 J., mit seit Jahren bestehendem multiplem Myelom mit Paraprotein IgG, lambda. Multiple extramedulläre Herde. Myelomniere. Tod in der Urämie. Autopsiepräparat Hoden.
 
- Tubuläre Atrophie
- Interstitium angefüllt mit plasmozytoiden Zellen mit typischem Randspeichenkern und exzentrischem Zytoplasma (exzentr. Zytoplasma)
- Keine Anfärbung mit Anti-kappa-AK
 

75-year-old male; several years’ history of multiple myeloma with paraprotein IgG, lambda. Multiple extramedullary foci. Resulting kidney damage. Death due to uraemia. Autopsy specimen of testis.

- Tubular atrophy
- The interstitium is full of plasmacytoid cells with typical rimmed nuclei(Randspeichenkern) and eccentric cytoplasm (exzentr. Zytoplasma).
- The anti-kappa-antibody stain is negative.
